It’s flattering that you are on other people’s lists and but this will not boost your viewed tweets when the list creator adds you to their list. What it does do is show your tweets to the other persons list, when they are looking at curated list views specifically.
To find out which other lists on Twitter you are on, do the following;
1. Go to your Twitter account on Twitter.
2. Select your profile or click your icon of your photo if on a mobile device.
3. Select ‘Lists’
4. Select ‘Member Of’
